شرح وظایف این واحد به شرح ذیل است :
۱- پاسخگویی به بیماران اعم از ارتباط تلفنی ،ایمیل یا دریافت درخواست توسط وب سایت بیمارستان
۲ - انجام هماهنگی با پزشک معالج و کلیه واحد های مسئول درمان بیمار (اعم از پذیرش ،پاراکینک ، اتاق عمل ،بخش های بستری CCU ICU ، ترخیص و ... ) جهت تسهیل فرایند تشخیص و درمان بیمار
۳- انجام برآورد هزینه های تقریبی درمان و اعلام آن به بیمار و یا شرکت ارجاع دهنده بیمار پیش از سفر
۴ - ارتباط با شرکت های ارجاع دهنده بیمار و تعامل براساس قرارداد معتبر
از این رو بیمارستان علامه بهلول گناباد جهت ارایه خدمات بهتربه بیماران بین الملل اقدام به تجهیز یک بخش با چند اتاق با خدمات VIP نموده که خدماتی متفاوت از خدمات روتین در سایر قسمتهای بیمارستان ارایه می نماید.

- Estimating the approximate cost of treatment and announcing it to the patient or the referring company before the trip
- Communication with patient referral companies and interaction based on a valid contract
Therefore, in order to provide better services to international patients, Allameh Bohlool Hospital in Gonabad has equipped a ward with several rooms with VIP services, which provides different services from the routine services in other parts of the hospital.
